Yes. Anything you do not spend in a month stays on your account and stacks with the next allowance, for as long as your subscription is active. Credits you buy as a top-up sit on the same balance. They are not refundable for cash, and they lapse when your subscription ends.

Yes — a 14-day money-back guarantee, provided no credits have been spent. If you subscribe, decide it is not for you and have not used any credits, write to us within 14 days and we will refund you in full. Once agents have started spending credits on your work, the guarantee no longer applies.
