Introducing ZIK Agent

Running an online store is a dozen jobs at once: finding products, building pages, writing ads, answering customers, reading the numbers. Most sellers do all of them alone, or pay for a stack of tools that each do one.

Today we’re opening early access to ZIK Agent, a Windows desktop app that gives you a team of AI agents for selling online. You talk to one of them, the Executive. It makes the plan, assigns the specialists and reports back. They work in the tools you already use, on real marketplace data, and they stop to ask before anything that matters.

ZIK Agent is built by the team behind ZIK Analytics, on the same marketplace intelligence: 455M+ product listings and 1.3B+ records. Plans start at $29.97 a month, and access is opening gradually.

How ZIK Agent is different

A team, not a chatbot

ZIK Agent is not one assistant trying to do everything. It is an Executive and a team of specialists: Product Explorer, Research, Store Optimization, Artist, Advertising, Marketing, Customer Support, Inventory, Analyst and Developer. Each one knows its job and posts its own work.

You give the Executive the outcome you want. It writes a working plan, with every step owned by an agent, and the specialists get on with it in the same conversation, so you can watch the work happen and step in at any point.

I’ll make the plan and bring in the right specialists. You’ll see every step, and anything that changes your store or spends money comes back to you first.

Ask it like you’d ask a person

There is nothing to set up before you start. Type what you want in plain English: “Find me products for a pet store”, “Build my Shopify store”, “Launch a Meta campaign for this product”. If the team needs something, a budget, a niche, a store to connect, it asks.

You can start a new business from nothing or connect the store you already run. Either way, the first message is one sentence.

Real marketplace data behind every decision

AI can come up with product ideas. Deciding what to sell takes data. ZIK Agent has ZIK marketplace data built in: demand and pricing signals across 455M+ product listings and 1.3B+ records, plus the long-running ads that show what keeps selling.

So when Product Explorer suggests a product, it comes with the demand, the price band that sells and the margin after supplier cost, not a guess.

It works in the tools you already use

The team works where your business already lives. It connects to Shopify to build and update products, pages and themes; to Meta to create and run campaigns; to Google Ads to manage budgets and status; to Gmail to read and draft replies. For eBay it prepares listings, prices and reports for you to apply.

When your business needs something custom, the Developer agent builds the connection or the tool, for WooCommerce, Wix or a store on custom code.

You approve what matters

ZIK Agent works on its own up to anything risky, then it asks. Spending money, emailing a customer, publishing a theme, changing a price, issuing a refund: each one arrives as an approval card with exactly what will happen. Approve it, reject it, or approve and remember so the same kind of action goes through next time.

Campaigns are created paused. Themes are installed as drafts. You decide what goes live, and you can give the team more room as you learn to trust it.

Jobs that repeat on their own

Some work should happen every day or every week: product research, the supplier check, the morning inbox, the weekly report. Turn any job into a scheduled workflow, read-only or allowed to act, and the team runs it on time.

Workflows run while your Windows computer is on and the ZIK Agent app is open. If it was closed at run time, the job starts the next time you open it.

Your data stays on your computer

ZIK Agent is local-first. Your store credentials, chat history, agent memory and files stay on your machine. Use ZIK’s built-in AI models, or connect your own Claude, ChatGPT or OpenRouter account.
